Tennessee Family Dental Care – Midtown is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy and growing practice.
We are looking for a confident and reliable leader with strong communication skills who understands the fast-paced nature of a dental office and can effectively manage both team performance and the patient experience. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable leading a team while ensuring the office runs efficiently and professionally each day.
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the dental office
- Coordinate scheduling and patient flow for maximum efficiency
- Supervise and support front desk and administrative team members
- Ensure exceptional patient communication and customer service
- Oversee insurance coordination, billing processes, and financial discussions
- Address and resolve patient concerns professionally and confidently
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team development
- Monitor office performance and implement operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with office systems, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience required
- Previous dental office management or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of dental scheduling, insurance, and patient coordination
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Highly reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
