Pay Range: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
Midwest Family Dental Care is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our Portage team!

What You’ll Do
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during examinations and procedures
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Perform dental charting and maintain accurate patient records
- Set up, maintain, and break down operatories
- Manage instruments and sterilization protocols
- Educate patients and assist with treatment plan presentations
- Support daily scheduling and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain supply inventory and assist with ordering
- Help keep the office clean, organized, and professional
- Provide outstanding patient care and customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Dental Assisting certificate, CDA, or RDA (preferred)
- X-ray certification required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Positive, dependable, and professional attitude
