About the Position
Midwest Family Dental Care is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Assistant for its Kalamazoo 9th Street team.
The role involves chairside support, dental radiography, charting, operatory preparation, sterilization, patient education, scheduling support, inventory, and patient service.
Primary Responsibilities
You will:
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures
- Provide chairside assistance
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Support clinical charting
- Maintain patient records
- Set up operatories
- Break down treatment rooms
- Manage dental instruments
- Maintain sterilization standards
- Educate patients about treatment
