Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient screenings and review medical histories
- Perform oral cancer screenings and head/neck evaluations
- Take X-rays and maintain accurate dental charting
- Remove calculus, plaque, and stains from teeth
- Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and nutrition
- Keep thorough and accurate patient records
Qualifications
- Current and valid Indiana RDH license
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance
- Proficient with dental tools, radiography, and documentation
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a true team player
