Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient screenings and review medical histories
- Perform oral cancer screenings and head/neck evaluations
- Take X-rays and maintain detailed dental charting
- Remove calculus, plaque, and stains from teeth
- Apply preventive treatments such as sealants and fluoride
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and nutrition
- Keep accurate and organized patient records
Qualifications
- Current and valid Tennessee RDH license
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance
- Skilled in dental instruments, radiography, and documentation
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and a positive team player
